1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using colorpickee.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

ColorPickee provides free, browser-based color conversion and design utilities, including format converters (HEX, RGB, HSL, CMYK, LAB and others), a color wheel, palette generator, eyedropper tool and contrast checker. Every tool runs client-side; we don't require an account to use any of them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape or systematically extract content from the site in a way that degrades performance for other users
• Misrepresent your identity or use the Service to distribute malicious code

4. Intellectual property

The ColorPickee name, logo, site design and underlying code are owned by ColorPickee or its licensors. You may use the tools for personal or commercial work - for example, using a color value you looked up in your own designs - without any restriction. You may not copy, redistribute or resell the site itself or its source code without permission.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we aim for accurate conversions, color math involves some inherent variability (for example, CMYK has no single universal standard), and we don't guarantee that every output will match every other tool or printing process exactly.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColorPickee and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including reliance on any color value it produces.

7. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites (such as font providers). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't control.

8. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time, and may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
